Everything we do comes down to one simple belief: that success is curated from the inside out.

Real confidence, fulfilment, and success don’t come from achieving more, but from creating space to live and lead with purpose.

If on the surface you look like you have it altogether, but the silent voice of self-doubt plagues you, you’re in the right place.

you’re not looking for therapy.

You’re looking for transformation.

Our Services

Our specialist focus is what sets us apart, and we offer the following:

Individual TherapY

Evidence-based therapy for high-achievers and neurodivergent individuals

Autism and ADHD Assessments

Gold Standard, NICE compliant Autism and ADHD Assessments.

ADHD/Autism Coaching

Help for parents of neurodivergent children, and individuals with Autism and ADHD.

Autism and ADHD

If you know that you are capable, but the way your brain is wired makes the path to your goals harder than you think it should be, you may be neurodivergent.

Whether you are seeking answers for yourself or your child, our assessments offer a nuanced roadmap for understanding your wiring.

If you already have a diagnosis, or you are questioning whether you could be neurodivergent, we have a team of neuro-affirming Psychologists who offer therapy that is tailored for Autism and ADHD.

Our Gold-Standard ADHD and Autism assessments

for children, adolescents and adults.

Are rigorous, compliant with NICE guidelines, and widely accepted across the UK.

meet the founder

I’m Dianne,

a clinical psychologist and the founder of Sage Psychology

I am down to earth, slightly irreverent, deeply relational, and I don’t take myself too seriously. My passion for working with high-achievers started with my own story. Despite looking as though I had it all together, anxiety and self-doubt were in the driver’s seat for a long time. I was cycling in and out of burnout every 2-3 years.

I relentlessly pursued success at the expense of myself.

I had built the life I wanted, but wondered why I couldn’t enjoy it as much as I thought I should. I started to learn that the pursuit of success often isn’t what we hope it will be. We pursue it for how we think it will make us feel. Fulfilled. Competent. Content.Only to reach an anticlimax when we get there. And I have since seen the same mechanism in hundreds of high achievers. We are all looking for some version of a life that feels meaningful. And while maximising our potential is important, that’s only a small part of the journey. The rest of it is learning to build a deep seated inner confidence that allows us to align ourselves with our values, and become present to each moment. When we learn to live and lead ourselves with purpose, the fulfilment starts to follow.

If you are a high achiever who wants to maximise your potential, this practice was built for you.

Our team

We’re a professional, down-to-earth, and compassionate team.

Finding the right therapist is the most essential part of therapy. Every member of our team is passionate about working with high achievers, or Autism and ADHD - some work with both. We’re a team of specialists, rather than generalists, and each of us has specific focus areas that we have built a deep knowledge in. We will match you with a specialist for your difficulties, so that we can offer the highest quality of care. Based in Wimbledon, Epsom, Crouch End, and online, we would love to hear from you.

Our Specialist areas

Every member of our team works in an evidence-based manner, valuing the inherent power of the therapeutic relationship.

Each one of our practitioners and therapists in Wimbledon, Epsom, and Crouch End specialise in one or more of the following areas:

In addition to these areas of expertise,

our practitioners work in other areas related to mental health.

You are welcome to get in touch to ask about the specific areas you are looking for help with. If we do not have the relevant expertise, we will signpost you elsewhere.
